Give Goldman credit where credit is do. These guys have a proven track record of success. I think a lot of their success comes from their connections. NewsVisual did a map on the connections of their Directors http://www.newsvisual.com/newsvisual/2007/09/goldman-sachs-b.html . Their Directors are connected across a wide variety of industries and companies. This might be the reason why so many Goldman Sach executives are asked or appointed to government service.
