well the democrats could pass the plan but they will not take the responsibility by themselves before the elections unless the republicans are on board… the President was pretty adamant that a solution will be found but the democrats still say it’s a no go… bottom line, as usual, this is politics standing in the way of things being done.
Our take: a solution will be found, markets will rally and then realize that there are still a lot of problems out there and we will go back to volatility. This crisis will take a lot of time to play out and there is still a lot of de-leveraging that needs to take place…
We still advise extreme caution.
