Focus on Small Value Wednesday, October 1, 2008

We already posted these graphs at the beginning of the year but recent discussions with some of our readers prompted us to post them again.

This fist chart shows performance after recessions, clearly showing the advantage of investing in small caps (furthermore, strengthening dollar will also help them):

This second graph shows the breakdown between small vs large caps and value vs growth.

This is just some food for thought and a little help for some readers that could not find the graphs in our archive.
